I have a big problem on my car http://www.luna.dkp4guilds.com members can not register on the EQDKP because there has tab provided.

I don't know about your car. :p That's nothing we can fix.

About getting Members into the EQDKP:

The member must be registered on the portal/forum.

Now go into -> Usergroups

Select the "DKP System-User" Group.

In this group, you have to add all users that should be allowed to acces the EQDKP.
