For over a month ago I emailed GildenDKP about I/we wanted to change, who pays for the account. /http://www.deusvult.dkp4guilds.com/)
The 3 April I got this answer from GildenDKP:
"Hello,
we will investigate and send you a solution.
Yours GildenDKP Billing Team"
Then not a word from GildenDKP,
I have contact you atlest 3 times to see if you had come up with a solution for Our site. Not a single word from you again
Today when I got home, the site was closed.
I'd say, this is not my mistake!!! Put the site back up and give me solution how to do.
Edit: I still have a open ticket for this. Maybe its time to read that!!! (Tickett id:441521)

no, sorry about that... The solution why this wasn't tracked, is as simple as sobering. We tracked down an error, that did not inform us on responses on open tickets... Sorry for this. The page will be re-set up right away. For all the trouble, the new subscription will be without setup fee, and the time between your last payment and the new subscription will be free of charge, too. Sorry for this yours Jens |
