Site works great but friday we downed attunemen and the raid string was added. But theres nothing in the Zoneprogress how to add your progress i cant figure it out.

We are importing the strings for downing bosses. Some are coming up as being down, Others are not.

You just have to make sure you type in the proper raid note, thats how zone progress reads what you have killed.

Correct.
Best way to make sure: Copy your raid notes as another alternative to the configuration of the bossprogress.
