If this has been answered already, I apologize and would appreciate a link to the thread.

I've gone through all of the boards looking for info on how to post news on the portal section of the site, but as of yet I haven't found anything. That seems to be what i'm stuck on at the moment.

I'm obviously missing something and any help is appreciated. (Been a long day)
