DKP SITE:

I have a few different rankings that we give to our members. One of them is called “Guild Removed”. When someone leaves our guild I give them that ranking and if the departure is longer than 3 days I go back in and remove them completely from the system. We had a few members leave this week; I went in and changed their rank from “main” to “guild removed”. Now their names no longer show up even through the admin side. I tested this as well with my “Admin” member name and changed it to “Guild Removed” and it disappeared as well so that’s how I was able to verify the problem. The only way I could get “Admin” back was to back the page up to the edit member page I was previous at and change it to another rank.

So now here is another problem. So a member whom I had changed to “Guild Removed” earlier this week has returned so I was going to reinstate his character rank as “main” however, his name is no longer listed. It is not deleted I can tell because when I tried to add him it says a character wit h that name already exists. The specific character names I am referring to are: Loyalist, Galru, Reisoul, Tisoma, Calic

Please investigate this and let me know something.

Hi there,

your problem is easy to solve ^^

go to admin-panel "Manage Members" -> "Edit Membership Ranks"

There you can hide ranks.
And your "Guild removed"-rank is listed as "hide" so the member won't show up ^^

I am fully aware of this feature already and it is to hide you from public viewing not from admin viewing.

Taking the check out of the box does NOT fix this problem.
