Hi there
Is there a link anywhere to the way that the rolling/wildcard system works? I've been playing with it today to try and find out how it works but there are a few things I'm not sure of.
How do you assign people a wildcard?
How do you take away wildcards for people that use theirs?
Is there an easy way to give all the people who couldnt join the raid due to the 40-man limit a wildcard and take away the one from the people who could?
Thanks

Basically, first of all, you have to enable the wildcard/rolling system at the admin panel > raidplanner settings.
Then, you can use them as follows: Rolling system: Once a member signs up for a raid, the system "rolles" for him a random 100. This will be saved at the database and will not change on sign off and resign in for a raid. The Wildcard System:
You can assign wildcards in two ways: 1) At the admin panel > manage users > Username > Wildcard or 2) At the admin panel > raidplanner list > a passed raid > wildcard Then you can assign wildcards to any member, that has not been confirmed for the selected raid.
Same way as for assigning wildcards.
Same as the one above. Greetings yours Jens GildenDKP Admin |

Perfect, thats what I was looking for Thanks Jens! |

One thing I have noticed, it seems the "wildcard raid" button works fine to allocate wildcards (huge timesaver) but it doesnt take the wildcards away even though it says it has when you click it.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a small error somewhere? Any help would be appreciated (dawnblade.dkp4guilds.com) |

I'll have a look into it.

Hi Jens, it's still doing the same thing ><
People in the raid dont lose their wildcards when I press "wildcard raid" |

Hello,
checked that already, the code is correct. I noticed one thing, as investigating the problem: At your seetings for the raidplanner, you did not activate the wildcard system. Perhapts thats the reason... Greets yours Jens |
